We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your IMPI Sportswear; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all athlete-grade labels and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
